Accessibility statement

Morrow Integration wants this website to be usable by anyone, including people browsing with a screen reader, with the keyboard alone, with enlarged text, or with contrast needs.

The standard we follow

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA as our reference. It is the standard the United States Department of Justice points to as helpful guidance for complying with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), even though no regulation sets out detailed standards for private business websites.

What we have done to get there

What was checked, what failed, and what was fixed

We would rather tell you than have you find out. The review of 11 August 2026 found four issues, with their measured values. All four were fixed the same day.

What failed Measured then Measured now Status
Contrast of secondary text (service labels, price notes, contact channel labels) against the card background 4.49:1 5.78:1 Fixed on 11 Aug 2026
The same text on the highlighted service card 3.71:1 4.77:1 Fixed on 11 Aug 2026
The footnote on the home page, over the gradient background between 3.64:1 and 3.65:1 4.69:1 Fixed on 11 Aug 2026
Heading hierarchy skip in the page footer (from level 2 to level 4 without passing through level 3) — Continuous hierarchy Fixed on 11 Aug 2026

The minimum required for normal text is 4.5:1 (WCAG 2.2, success criterion 1.4.3, level AA). The heading skip relates to criterion 1.3.1, level A. Contrast ratios were calculated with the WCAG relative luminance formula, validated against two known values before being used.

On 9 September 2026 the site's visual design was rebuilt with a new palette and new typefaces. Every text colour was measured again on the new backgrounds: body text 17.96:1; secondary text 6.07:1 on the page background and 6.34:1 on white blocks; links 7.69:1; button text 8.04:1; and secondary text inside the blue price block 6.35:1. All of them are above the 4.5:1 minimum. The typefaces are served from this site's own folder, not from third parties, and the map on the home page (which draws itself on load and reorders as you read the five steps) moves only if the system allows it: with reduced motion, every state appears without animation.

What we could not check

This statement rests on a review carried out over the website's files. The following are outside it, and nothing is claimed about them: the real journey with a specific screen reader, whether the focus indicator stands out well against every background once the page is drawn, and the real dimensions of elements after rendering on each device.

How to report a barrier

If you cannot use some part of this website, tell us and we will fix it. Let us know which page it was, what you were trying to do, and what happened.

We reply within 5 business days of receiving your report. If the fix itself takes longer, that reply tells you how long.
