Morrow IntegrationAI audits & systems

Tell me how you work today, and I'll arrive at the call knowing what we're talking about.

Eight questions, about five minutes. The half-hour call is worth much more when it isn't spent on the basics. No question is mandatory: whatever you'd rather not write, we talk about.

1What is the company called, and what does it do?

One line is enough. If you have a website, paste it too.

2How many people work there?

Counting the field and the office.

3Roughly, what's the yearly revenue?

A range is fine. It tells me whether the audit's price makes sense for you.

4Who does the paperwork today, and with what?

The important one. Quotes, invoices, work orders, permits: who writes them, where, and what happens to them afterwards. It's the question that says the most about an operation.

5What software do you use today?

Tick whatever applies. "Paper and Excel" is a perfectly good answer, and the most common one.

6If tomorrow you could take one repetitive task off someone on your team, which would it be?

The first one that comes to mind is usually the right one.

7Where does it hurt most right now?

Tick as many as you like. The audit covers all four areas anyway; this only tells me where to start asking.

8How do I reach you?

An email is enough. A phone number only if you'd rather I call or text.

That's it.

Sending opens your own email program with the answers already written, so you see exactly what goes out before it does. If you prefer, copy them and paste them anywhere you like.
